After joining INGREDIA in 2017, Mrs SUN is currently working as Nutritional Development Specialist.

Focus on development of high protein beverage and pudding application, Mrs SUN provides technical supports, especially the know-how of micellar casein PRODIET® in new product development.

Through the experiences in dairy ingredients and formulation, Mrs SUN contributes to the development of new ingredients for sports, well-being and clinical nutrition.

Graduated from University of Technology of Compiègne with a speciality on innovation in foodstuffs and agro-resources, Mrs SUN is passionate about nutrition and keeps working on innovation projects with internal and external resources.
